Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options for our customers:

Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping option. It is free for all orders within Kenya. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.
Express Shipping: This is our premium shipping option. It costs $10 for orders within Kenya. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
International Shipping: This is our shipping option for orders outside Kenya. It costs $20 for orders to any country in the world. Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Process

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched on the next business day.

We will send you an email confirmation with your order details and tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order status on our website or by using the tracking number provided in the email.

We use reputable and reliable courier services to deliver your orders. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the courier service or by customs clearance.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries in the world, except for those that are subject to trade sanctions or embargoes.

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We do not ship to hotels or temporary addresses.

Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or nature. These products will be clearly marked on their product pages.

Local Delivery and Pickup

We offer local delivery and pickup options for customers who live in or near Nairobi.

Local Delivery: We offer free local delivery for orders over $50 within Nairobi. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch. We will contact you by phone or email to arrange a suitable time and location for delivery.
Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup for any orders within Nairobi. You can pick up your order from our store at 123 Fashion Street, Nairobi, 00100, Kenya. Our store hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. You will need to show your order confirmation email and a valid ID to collect your order.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
